Dylan's first day of school was last week on Wednesday, August 19th. He was very excited to go to his new school and be a first grader. He was excited to eat lunch there, too. After attending school for the past 2 weeks, he still likes his teacher and going to his new school. I'm so glad he likes it there, and Malaia and I are starting to adjust to not having Dylan around all day. We live close enough that we can walk to his school, which is nice. In the afternoons, I do usually drive to pick him up though. That probably has something to do with that its still quite warm in the afternoons and with no a/c in our house, I like getting that little break of cool air from the car's a/c. Maybe when it cools down, we'll walk going to and coming home school.

I tried getting one of them together but this is the best that I could get.
I was lucky to even get one of her by herself. She's such a little stinker sometimes!
