Easter

Now that it's May, I guess its finally time to post about Easter. I really need to get better at blogging more regularly. Oh well.....I'll try.

Saturday, we dyed Easter Eggs. Dylan had fun writing everyone's names on the eggs. Malaia had fun watching and playing with the plastic eggs (I didn't think her licking the freshly dyed eggs would be a good idea!).





Come to find out the Easter bunny does different things in different houses. Like when I was little, the Easter bunny hid the baskets and not eggs. (Don't ever complain that the Easter bunny doesn't hide the basket well enough....I did that one year and it took me until the end of the day to find my basket!) But at Dave's house, the Easter bunny hid eggs and not baskets. Well, come to find out, the Easter bunny hides both the baskets and the eggs at our house, even though Dave thinks it weird to do both. So is this the only house that the Easter bunny hides the basket too?





After all the fun, it was time to go to church. We managed to take one family picture before leaving. I thought we could take a better one after church. But nope, Malaia fell asleep on the way home and we decided that waking her up for a picture was just not worth it!
